Practical room with 2 double beds, and great location. Location right by City Hall, Hayes Valley and Union Square and San Francisco and for the theatre. Also, both in the restaurant as well as the mini bar.

That was chic and ideal hotel set in safe area, adjacent to Civic Center, and the downstairs restaurant. We spent 2 nights in a double room with aesop products.

The hotel was modern and absolutely gorgeous and overlooked city. The room was modern, and functional, with central heating, a safe box and flat screen cable TV I needed. The location was great and spectacular, super close to the Civic Center station and the interior design was amazing.

The room was great little, with smoke detectors and amazing views. The decor was comfortable, the beds were comfy. The hotel had an unbeatable location a short walk to Federal Building.

I loved my perfectly clean and fashionable room with let alone 2, the king sized bed and decent sound proofing. Its location a 10-15 minute walk from Golden Gate Theater was marvellous and lovely.

The stay at this modern and gorgeous hotel was a really nice one. The location was great and lovely for me. Just a 15-minute walk away there was Powell Street subway station. The room was charming little with lovely sheets on the bed and I truly enjoyed knowledgeable staff. Delicious breakfast and other services were unbeatable.

As for me, the area was not nice.

Modern redesign, attentive staff, good amenities, comfortable room. Rooftop and restaurant are a plus. Tasty breakfast.

The place was wonderful and had exceptionally pleasant and amazingly nice staff in service for a premium hotel, truly enjoyed the stay. The room itself was exceptionally clean with bunk beds and had essentials I needed.

The hotel is conveniently located in the Civic Center neighborhood, just off Market Street in the heart of downtown. It is a short walk to the Civic Center stop, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are stylish and comfortable, with high-end toiletries and plenty of plugs and USB ports. The staff at the front desk, especially Diane, provide excellent service and hospitality.

Although the rooms are well-appointed, some guests mentioned that the housekeeping service could be improved, with occasional oversights like dirty glasses left in the room.

We absolutely loved the design of this hotel. From the impressive lobby to the stylish rooms, every aspect was beautifully designed. The rooftop deck bar was a major highlight for us, with incredible drinks and a great atmosphere. It was so easy to access, which made our evenings even more enjoyable. The room, although small, was perfect for our short stay. The design was well thought out, and the products provided were of high quality. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the shower and bathroom were top-notch.

Although our stay was mostly fantastic, there were a couple of minor issues. we were misinformed about being able to charge our Tesla vehicle overnight.

Wonderful spotlessly clean property, it has exceptionally pleasant and amazingly nice staff in service for a premium hotel. The rooms are practical and well-designed, and are complete with Aesop products as well as Aesop toiletries.

We truly enjoyed trendy restaurant.

We only stayed here for 5 nights, as we didn't have time, yet everything was excellent. Its location was central, right by Golden Gate Theater. The property was set in a very nice area.

Also, location was great and spectacular, just a short stroll away from Market Street. The airport was 16 miles away. We greatly enjoyed spending 5 nights here.
